We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Teacher in Charge of Biology to join our dynamic Science faculty. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to lead the Biology programme at junior and senior level while also contributing to the junior science curriculum.

The successful applicant will have:

Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching Biology to NCEA Level 3
A passion for engaging students in scientific thinking and inquiry
Proven leadership or curriculum development experience (preferred but not essential)
A collaborative and innovative approach to teaching and learning
Current NZ Teacher Registration

This role involves leading the delivery of senior Biology, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring a strong, cohesive foundation in junior science. You’ll work closely with a supportive team and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student outcomes.
