Westlake Boys High School’s International Department is looking to employ a full time, permanent first language (Mandarin) advisor to communicate with our students and their families with an additional focus on building strong relationships between the school and our international community.  

 Key Characteristics for the role: 

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, students, parents, agents and teaching staff
• Provide first language support and pastoral care to international students 
• Ensure effective administration of the enrolment process, interview students, maintain records on the school database, ensure appropriate documentation is completed
• Ensure compliance with the Education (Pastoral Care of International Students) Code of Practice 2016 and other related regulations 
• Assist with marketing and planning recruitment trips to China, Hong Kong, Taiwan to build our agent network
